Thurman Munson game used bat from his American League MVP season. This Louisville Slugger S44 model bat is 35" long and weighs 31.1 ounces. The bat was used by New York Yankees superstar Thruman Munson during his stellar 1976 season. Munson won the 1976 American League MVP Award, and helped lead the Yankees to the World Series that year. The bat shows signs of light use and has a handle crack that has been repaired. There are also ball and spike marks on the barrel of the bat. Munson's number 15 has been written on the knob in black marker. The 1776-1976 Bicentennial logo is branded on the barrel of the bat, which pinpoints it to the 1976 season. The bat has been graded GU 8 by PSA, and is accompanied by a full PSA LOA.
