This durene jersey was worn by both Hall of Fame goaltenders Jacques Plante and Eddie Giacomin with the New York Rangers. Inside the rear tail is a size “48” tag that is partially detached. The front of the jersey features a large team repair, a few unrepaired holes and material pulls. Diagonally down the front reads “RANGERS “and the player number “1” is on both sleeves and the back. All numbering and lettering is done in red on white tackle twill. The sleeves feature multiple team repairs including a large 12” repair running down the length of the right sleeve to repair damage. There is also a team repair on the back of the jersey and damage to the right shoulder. A rare offering of a jersey worn by two Hall of Famers. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
