Although 27 years have passed since Muhammad Ali came off the ropes and sent George Foreman sprawling to the canvas to regain the heavyweight crown, the legend of the "Rumble in the Jungle" keeps growing. The fight, on October 29, 1974 in Kinshasa, Zaire, was the first championship fight held in Africa, making it a signal moment in racial consciousness, as portrayed in the recent movie "When We Were Kings". This striking 27" pennant from one of boxing's biggest events is bright red with the words "World Heavyweight Championship" and the date written in yellow on the left side, and the fighters' names written in white in the center bordering a rough outline of Africa and the words "Ali for Champ" in blue. The pennant is in excellent condition.
