HOFer, Marcus Allen is considered one of the game’s best goal line and short-yardage runners, Marcus began his pro career as the NFL Rookie of the Year and ended as the game’s all-time rushing touchdown leader. At the time of his retirement following the 1997 season, he held the single-season record for most rushing and receiving yards combined (2,314), second in consecutive 100-yard games, and was third in career-combined yardage. The Chiefs beat the 49ers at home and Allen had two TD’s - 1 rushing and remarkably 1 passing, as well. On the front left tail of this red mesh jersey, is the NFL / PRO LINE 1997 / Reebok label. NFL shield on the front collar. Player number (32) on the front/back and both sleeves, and player name (ALLEN) on a red nameplate across the back - all done in white on yellow tackle twill. Hit marks and football staining throughout. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear. Accompanied by a letter from Photo-Match.com, confirming the match.
