2016 NL MVP Kris Bryant used this gifted Pete Alonso model bat to hit the 123rd home run of his career on June 26th, 2019 against the Atlanta Braves. Bryant used the bat for a total of 6 games and recorded 7 hits with 2 doubles and a home run. The Dove Tail Bats manufactured DA20-AXE-S model bat measures 34 inches long and weighs 33.2 ounces. The birch wood bat with a grey finish is uncracked and shows evidence of outstanding use. Many ball marks and impressions are visible on the left and back barrel. The bat features an “AXE” handle and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. The length and weight are stamped onto the front barrel. Bryant signed the front barrel in silver marker and in our opinion rates an 8. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA grading the bat a GU 9 and a Resolution Photomatching LOA.
