This helmet is accompanied by a RADTKE Sports LOA signed by Manning, an Image Sports COA and an index card which notes the helmet was worn by Manning on 12/14/03 and 1/4/04. This is a Ridell helmet with a facemask and chinstrap intact. Player number (18) is handwritten in black marker inside the ears, with circular velcro patches adjacent to each. Colts logo decals on each side. American flag decal on the back right, ‘PK’ and NFL decals on the back right and player number (18) decal on the back. Peyton has signed the front right in blue marker, in our opinion rating a 9. There is an added inscription ‘2003 Season’. This helmet is properly marked, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate wear. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
