On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Embroidered above is the year “1969”. Inside the collar is a strip tag reading “4-69-1-46”. On the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch and on the right sleeve is the MLB “100TH ANNIVERSARY” patch. On the left chest is the circular “CUBS” team logo. On the back is the coach number “4” done in blue tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as coaches worn and shows wear. Accompanied by a PM&G LOA grading the jersey a perfect 10.
