On the front left tail of this road flannel jersey is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag with the size “48” written on and washing instructions. Above is the year “1969” embroidered. Inside the collar is a strip tag reading “46-69-4-48”. Across the chest reads “CHICAGO”. The player number “46” is below and on the back. All numbering and lettering is done in blue tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the MLB “100TH ANNIVERSARY” patch and on the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch. Rarely seen in this beautiful unrestored original condition, this jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a PM&G LOA grading the jersey a perfect 10.
