Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski was an 18-time All-Star, the possessor of seven Gold Gloves and a member of the 3000 hit club. He is the Red Sox' all-time leader in career RBIs, runs, hits, singles, doubles, total bases and games played. On the front center tail is a 1977 year tag and a tag with washing instructions. On the inside below the rear collar is a “TIM McAULIFFE UNIFORM CORP manufacturer's tag and attached below is a size "42" tag. Across the chest reads, "RED SOX" and on the back is the player number "8". All numbering and lettering is done in red on navy blue tackle twill. A ring has formed on the player number “8” from improper laundering. Yastrzemski signed the front of the jersey in black marker and in our opinion rates a 9. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
