John Davidson was one of only two players to wear the number “00” in NHL history. Inside beneath the collar is the Gerry Cosby manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Adjacent above is the size “50” box tag. Across the front is the Rangers team logo crest in red, white and blue embroidery. The player number “00” appears on both sleeves in white tackle twill and on the back in blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “DAVIDSON” in blue tackle twill. The fight strap is intact. Moderate staining is present on the front, back and on the sleeves. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use with a sizable repair located under the right arm.
