Cliff Politte pitched in three games of the 2005 World Series as the White Sox won a World Championship. On the front left tail is the Majestic manufacturer’s tag. Below is a strip tag reading “04 46 S2” embroidered in black indicating a carryover from the previous season. Across the front reads “Chicago” in script. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “18” and across the back is the player name “POLITTE”. All numbering and lettering is done in black on white tackle twill. The right sleeve features the “WS05” patch and on the left sleeve is a White Sox logo patch. Politte signed the back of the jersey in silver and in our opinion rates an 8.
