After getting fired from Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne set out to form a band and release his first solo album. “Blizzard of Ozz” released in 1980 would feature Ozzy and guitar virtuoso Randy Rhoads along with Bob Daisley, Lee Kerslake and Don Airey. Rhoads’ guitar work led to the album’s success with the single “Crazy Train” becoming a hard rock classic. During the tour for the band’s second album Rhoads tragically passed in a plane crash caused by one of the crew members. The live album “Randy Rhoads Tribute” was put out in the late 80s by Osbourne and features recordings of Rhoads from 1980 and 1981. Osbourne has signed this copy of the LP in silver marker. The oversized autograph rates an 8 in our opinion. Accompanied by an LOA from PSA/DNA and an ALOA from JSA. In our opinion the LP grades NM and the jacket grades VG+.
