This second base was used during a game between the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies on August 23rd, 2009 for the 15th unassisted triple play in MLB history. Eric Bruntlett of the Phillies caught a line drive, stepped on second base and tagged out a runner to end the game. Across the top reads "2009 INAUGURAL SEASON" and Mets logos on the sides. Handwritten on the bottom is "2" in blue marker. Affixed to the bottom is a MLB hologram with serial number "LH649944".
