Elroy "Crazy Legs" Hisrch's storybook life of gridiron fame at Wisconsin and Michigan and then with the LA Rams in the NFL, became Hollywood movie fodder after his career ended in 1957 with the release of "Crazy Legs" in which he played himself and also had roles for Rams' teammates Bob Waterfield, Tom Fears and Night Train Lane. This 27" x 39" linen-back one sheet poster from the flick, which also starred actor Lloyd Nolan, has a large image of Hirsch in a Heisman pose and hints at sports other than football with the words, "Crazylegs and Lovelylegs ... Sweethearts of the Campus." The poster is in excellent to near mint condition.
