HOFer Cal Ripken Jr. redefined the shortstop position into what we know it as today. In addition to his transformational talent, he was the face of longevity and consistency. Louisville Slugger P72 - length: 35” and weight: 33.3oz. Outstanding use with a handle crack that has been repaired. Ripken has applied tape to the barrel with the notation “7-3-96 Timlin vs Tor’. Autographed on the front barrel with the inscription “HR 343 7-3-961” on the front barrel in silver marker, in our opinion rating a 9. This bat is properly marked, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a letter from PSA/DNA, grading it a GU 9.5, as well as a Ripken letter.
