Moegle was a College Football Hall of Famer and an NFL Pro Bowler in 1955. This jersey is particularly special because it dates to his rookie season, where he incredibly played both offense and defense for the 49ers. On the front left tail of this red knit jersey, is the Wilson label with size (46). Player number (47) is done in white on black shadow-box tackle twill, on the front and back. 1955 was the only season the 49ers wore the shadow numbers until 1994, 75th Anniversary NFL season. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear. A true gem.
