Hall of Famer Larry Bird is the only person in NBA history to be named Rookie of the Year, Most Valuable Player, Finals MVP, All-Star MVP, Coach of the Year, and Executive of the Year. Before his success in the NBA Bird played for his high school team in French Lick, Indiana, a town with a population of roughly 2000 people. Bird started for the Springs Valley High School boys basketball team from 1971-1974, where he left as the school's all-time scoring leader. This framed display features a cut piece of the court from Springs Valley High School featuring a painting by Artist Ron Lewis of Bird in his 3 different uniforms; Springs Valley, Indiana State University, and the Boston Celtics. Bird has signed the piece with an oversized autograph in a black ink. In our opinion the autograph rates a 9. The framed court piece measures approximately 24”x18.5” in total. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA. This item will require additional shipping charges due to size, weight and fragility.
