Joe Rudi was a great player and a greater leader during the Oakland A's early 1970's dynasty. This is a one year style jersey. On the left front tail is the "McAuliffe" label and below is the year tag, "68." Next to this is the size tag, "44." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Oakland" in green on white embroidered letters. On the back of the jersey is the player number "8" in green on white tackle twill. On the right front tail is the name "T.L. Christman" which has been written in black magic marker which indicates that the jersey was probably sent down to the minors. There is white/green/white trim around the armholes and neck. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
