A first ballot Hall of Fame inductee in 2003, Eddie Murray won the 1977 American League Rookie of the Year award and hit five hundred home runs. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “50” with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags reading “100% POLYESTER” and “2” EXTRA LENGTH”. Across the chest reads “Mets”, the player number “33” appears below and on the back and across the back is the player name “MURRAY”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue on orange on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a Mets team logo disc patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
