Hockey Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux was immediately inducted after his first retirement in 1997, waiving the normal three-year waiting period and in 2017 was named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players. Attached inside beneath the collar is the CCM Maska tag with “66 C” handwritten on in black marker. Adjacent is a size “54” flag tag. Diagonally across the front reads “PITTSBURGH” in yellow on black on white tackle twill. On the upper left chest is the captain’s “C” patch. The player number “66” is on both sleeves and on the back and across the back on a black nameplate is the player name “LEMIEUX”. These all are done in yellow on white tackle twill. The fight strap is intact with the inventory code “66394” handwritten on in black marker. Stick, puck and board marks are present on the sleeves. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Penguins LOA.
