Hall of Famer Tim Horton won 4 Stanley Cups and was a 6 time All-Star. The defenseman played 24 seasons in the NHL and was named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history. Horton wore this jersey while clinching the 1962 Stanley Cup with the Toronto Maple Leafs defeating the defending champion Chicago Blackhawks in 6 games. Inside the right tail is the Doug Laurie manufacturer’s tag. The white wool jersey features an original tie string in the neck and the Maple Leafs crest on the front. The player number “7” appears on both sleeves and on the back in blue tackle twill. Numerous team repairs, stick marks, pilling and a large blood stain is present on the front. Heavy sweat staining is visible on the inside. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA and a Selby Colson LOA.
