Barney Schultz's final season playing in the MLB was in 1965. This beautiful flannel jersey was likely worn in Spring Training of 1966. On the front left tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's size "44" tag. Adjacent below is the year "66" embroidered in red chain stitching. Below this is the wash instructions tag with a "SET 1 1966" flag tag attached. Across the chest reads “Cardinals” beneath their team “Birds on a bat” logo done in red, navy blue and yellow embroidery. Below and on the back is the player number "33" in red on navy blue felt. Across the back is the player name "B.SCHULTZ" in red on navy blue felt sewn directly on the jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
