Desmond Howard won the 1991 Heisman Trophy as a member of the Michigan Wolverines. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions and an attached flag tag reading “100% NYLON”. Custom hand warmer inserts have been added to the front. Across the front and back is the player number “21” painted in maize. The player number also appears on both sleeves and across the back on a navy blue nameplate is the player name “HOWARD” all screened in maize. On both sleeves is a “Russell” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
