The bearer of this ticket stub for the June 30, 1962 game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Mets saw a legend at work, as Sandy Koufax put on an incredible pitching performance by no-hitting the Mets and striking out 13 in the 5-0 shutout. That game would be the first of four no-hitters for Koufax, the last of which was a perfect game 1-0 win. The stub has some staining on the reverse, presumably from an adhesive applied to attach the stub to another surface. The word "night" has been written on the front in blue ink below the date of the game.
