This Rawlings basketball with two white panels was created to commemorate the selection of the 1983-84 Playboy All American college basketball team. The words "Playboy All American 1983-84" are printed in block type on one of the white panels and 10 members of the team have autographed the other white panel. The autographs are in blue pen and include Michael Jordan (a completely legible vintage signature and his #23), Akeem Olajuwon #34, coach Lou Carnesecca, and the other team members. The autographs of Chris Mullin and one other player were originally in black ink and have faded. The eight blue ink autographs average 7 or 8 in quality, with the Jordan being a 7 and the Olajuwon being an 8. The ball comes in its original box.
