The Syracuse Nationals were an original NBA team that won titles in 1954 and 1955, led by Hall of Famer Dolph Schayes. Red ink forced them to move to Philadelphia in 1963, to be reborn as the 76ers. The lot includes an 8" x 10" team photo of the 1962-63 Nats (their last season in Syracuse), including Larry Costello and Hal Greer. There is also a cigarette lighter with a blue and red logo, a 1/2" in diameter blue and gold pin, and an 11" x 14" photograph taken in 1954 showing four players, including Johnny Kerr and coach Al Cervi. All items are in excellent condition.
