Kevin McHale was a part of what some consider the league's best-ever frontline with small forward Larry Bird and center Robert Parish. The trio of Hall of Famers became known as the "Big Three" and led the Celtics to three NBA Championships, in 1981, 1984 and 1986. In 1986 The Celtics defeated the Houston Rockets in 6 games. During the series McHale average 25.8 points and 8.5, he would’ve been the Finals MVP if it weren’t for Larry Legend having a historic finals. On the front left tail is the Sand-Knit manufacturer’s tag size “46”. Adjacent above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the BOSTON CELTICS” tag. On the right inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. Across the front reads “CELTICS”. The player number “32” appears below and on the back and across the back is the player name “McHALE”. All numbering and lettering is done in green tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding wear. Video and stills reveal that McHale likely wore this jersey for all Finals home games except the second half of game 6 (see screenshots showing differences). Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com grading the jersey a perfect 10 and confirming the apparent match throughout the playoffs including MJ's 63 point game 2 in the 1st round.
