Riddell manufactured helmet with the Cardinals team logo decal on both sides. On the back is the player number “26” decal in red on black on white. Adjacent to the left is an official “NFL” shield logo decal and adjacent to the right is a warning label decal. Above the player number is an American flag decal. The front and back bumpers both read “RIDDELL”. On both inner ear holes are warning labels. On the inside back of the helmet is the size “L” sticker. The inside padding is fully intact with the chinstrap. Wells signed the outer left dome in black marker with the added inscription “‘09 Rookie 126 for 293, 4.5 + 2 TD’s Playoffs 19 for 98 5.2 1 TD” and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
