Hammerin Hank finished his HOF career with 755 home runs, 2297 RBI with 6856 total bases, the latter two of which are still MLB records. He was a 25 time All-Star and was elected to Cooperstown in 1982. On the inner sweat band is the “New Era” manufacturer’s label with adjacent size “7-1/4” flag tag. Player number “44” appears under the bill in black marker as well as on the rear sweatband in black marker. There is a minor bill fracture. The cap is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use with sweat staining on the inner band.
