On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number "52" in white on gold tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "R.LEWIS" in white tackle twill on a purple name plate. Below the player number on both sleeves is the “STARTER” logo patch. Below that on both sleeves is the “Ravens” team logo patch. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. Below that is the "RAVENS" logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear, with a few team reapairs.
