Vida Blue won the American League Cy Young award and Most Valuable Player Award in 1971. He is a six-time all-star, a three-time World Series Champion and is one of only four pitchers in major league history to start the all-star game for both the American League and the National League. Classic A’s green mist knit. A’s logo on the left abdomen and player number (14) on the back - both done in white on gold tackle twill with nice wear / puckering. Rare player first name across the back (VIDA), in white tackle twill. Blue has signed the back “4”, in black marker, in our opinion rating a 9. The tail has been custom cut. This jersey is properly marked, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear. Accompanied by a full JSA LOA.
