Lot Description  

“The Hit Man” was one of the key Yankee players of the 1980s and 1990s. This size 7 1/4 New Era cap has been autographed by Mattingly in black ink and in our opinion the autograph rates a 7. His number is written near the autograph for player attribution. The cap has been presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light wear. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
