Hall of Famer Bill Mazeroski played his entire 17 year career with the Pittsburgh Pirates. During the 1960 World Series, Maz batted .320 for the series in 25 trips to the plate, and hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth of Game 7 to win the series for the Pirates. In 1960, he was an All-Star and won a Gold Glove. Inside the back of the neck of this grey flannel vest, is the MacGregor size 44 label. Team name (PIRATES) across the chest, and player number (9) on the back - both done in black on gold felt. Mazeroski has signed and inscribed the front left tail ‘Best Wishes Bill Mazeroski’, in black marker, in our opinion rating an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear - minor stain under the left underarm. Accompanied by a JSA ALOA.
