Willie Mays spent his final two seasons in the majors with the New York Mets after a star-studded career with the New York/San Francisco Giants. His Hall of Fame career included 24 All-Star nods, a World Series championship, two National League MVPs and 12 Gold Glove Awards. Mays led the NL in home runs and stolen bases four times each and was the true definition of a five-tool player. Mays was named to the MLB All-Century and All-Time Teams and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1979. Inside the back of the waistband of the pants, is strip tag with: 72 24.
