Originally sourced directly by Grey Flannel in the 90s from the Packers and first time being offered publicly. HOFer and NFL legend, Brett Favre was as tough as they come. He led the Packers to victory in SB XXXI and was named NFL MVP 3 times, including the season this jersey was worn. Known for his tough gunslinging play. From his first start until his last, on Dec. 5, 2010, Brett started an NFL-record 321 consecutive games (297 regular season and 24 playoff games) over 18½ seasons. Before Brett, no quarterback had started 200 consecutive games in the NFL. At the time of his final retirement in 2010, Brett held other records that included most career passing yards, attempts, yards and touchdowns. He stated, however, that of all the records, he is most proud of the consecutive starts. On the front left tail of this green mesh jersey, is the STARTER Exclusive label. Inside the back of the neck is a strip tag with: 95 - 48. NFL shield on the front collar. Player number (4) on the front/back and both sleeves, and player name (FAVRE) on a green nameplate across the back - all done in white tackle twill. Favre has signed the back number in black marker, in our opinion rating an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate wear. Accompanied by a Packers LOA, signed by then Equipment Manager, which states in part ‘worn in game competition by Brett Favre during the 1995 National Football League season.
