Before its demolition in 1995, Chicago Stadium served as the home of the Bulls and Blackhawks. Located on 1800 West Madison Street, the stadium was the largest indoor stadium in the world when it was constructed in 1929. Due to the stadium’s barn shaped design and a 3,663-pipe Barton organ, noise levels were extreme and the stadium became known as “The Madhouse on Madison”. Featured is a scoreboard sign sourced from a Chicago Stadium employee before the demolition. One side has the Bulls logo and the reverse side has the Blackhawks logo. The sign measures approximately 39”x32” and is in good condition overall with only minor scratches. This item will require additional shipping charges due to size, weight and fragility.
