Known as “Scoop”, NL Batting Champion Al Oliver was a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates teams that won five National League Eastern Division titles in six years between 1970 to 1975 and won the World Series in 1971. This cap has had the size tag removed but Oliver’s number 16 is handwritten on the underside of the cap for player attribution. The cap has been presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate wear.
