On the front left tail of this black jersey is the Reebok manufacturer label with the NFL shield and a size (48) tag attached. Inside the back of the neck is an NFL - PSA/DNA sticker “N74111”. Below that are two strip tags; “09-48” with 10/10/10 handwritten on it and “S '' with “E” handwritten. The NFL logo shield is sewn onto the front collar. Captain’s “C” patch on the right breast and a Bengals logo on the chest. Player number (9) is done on the front, back and both shoulders. Player name (PALMER) is done across a black nameplate on the back. All done in white and orange tackle twill. Palmer has signed the back number in black marker, in our opinion rating an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent wear.
