Harrelson is second on the Mets' all-time list in games, at-bats and triples and ranks high in hits, runs and stolen bases. He became a manager and coach for the Mets. On the inside left front tail is a patch reading "38-37 78 3" which has been done in blue Swiss embroidered stitch. The numbers denote the size, year and player number, respectively. Next to this is the "Rawlings" label and adjacent is the flag tag reading "Set 1 1978." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Mets" in script style letters and on the back is the player number "3." Both the name and number are made of blue on orange tackle twill. There is an autograph on the front of the jersey. The autographed jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
