On the front of the jersey, embroidered in red, black, and gold, are the team name "Cardinals" and the team logo. Below these is the player number "1." The player name "O. Smith" appears on the back of the jersey and below it is the player number "1." All the letters and numbers are made of red on black tackle twill. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
