On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a flag tag that reads, “100% POLYESTER”. Inside on the rear collar fold is a strip tag with, “21-48-98” printed on it. On the left chest is the team’s “CUBS” logo in blue and red stitching on white canvas. The player number “21” appears on the back and across the back reads the player name, “SOSA”. These are done in blue on red tackle twill. On the right sleeve is a Harry Caray patch with a Russell Athletic logo embroidered below. On the left sleeve reads, “HEY HEY” in white on blue stitching and below is the team’s logo patch. The jersey was originally sourced from Ken Griffey Sr. however the LOA has been lost over time. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a MEARS LOA grading the jersey a perfect A10.
