This white satin cornerman's jacket with red trim was worn by the legendary Muhammad Ali trainer Bundini Brown into the ring as Ali’s second in his exhibition against Antonio Inoki in Tokyo on June 25th, 1976. Ali and Inoki fought to a 15 round draw. The jacket features the Champ's iconic slogan in red tackle twill on the back, "FLOAT LIKE A BUTTERFLY STING LIKE A BEE ALI". Patches picturing each insect appear near the sleeve cuffs, and "Bundini" is sewn over the left chest. An "Everlast" label appears on the right chest that reads “Made Expressly for MUHAMMAD ALI”. The jacket is in fine condition with a functional zipper. The jacket originally sold as part of the Bundini Brown Locker Sale in California and was formerly in the possession of Bundini, who was Ali’s long time confidant and cornerman. Accompanied by a Craig Hamilton LOA.
