Bronco Horvath had the distinction of playing for five of the Original Six NHL teams, only missing the Detroit Red Wings. The center was inducted into the AHL Hall of Fame in 2015. Presented is a wool sweater worn by Horvath during his time with the NY Rangers. On the left inseam is the Gerry Cosby manufacturer’s tag and a tag reading the size “40”. Stamped inside the front tail is “5504”. Diagonally across the chest reads “RANGERS” and on the back is the player number “11” both in red on white tackle twill. The player number shows some fraying. The jersey features two repairs on the right sleeve and one on the left sleeve. Numerous unrepaired holes are present throughout the front, back and on both sleeves but does not distract from the overall displayability. The original tie string is intact with a tear below. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Selby Colson LOA.
