Before becoming an NFL Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott was a unanimous All-American and team captain in 1980 at USC. In 2002, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. He was also a 1995 inductee to the USC Athletic Hall of Fame. Offered is a rare photo-matched Lott jersey from his time at USC. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “48” with washing instructions. The player number “42” is on the front and back in gold vinyl. Lott signed the front of the jersey with the added inscription “1980 USC All American” in black marker and in our opinion rates a 7. There is a large repair on the right sleeve as well as a small one on the back left shoulder. Numerous hit marks are present throughout.
