Robin Yount was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1999. Yount used this Louisville Slugger P72 model bat during 1986-89 and measures 34.75 inches and weighs 31.7 ounces. The ash wood bat with a natural finish has a cupped end, is uncracked and shows outstanding use with a chip on the knob. Some grain swelling from repeated ball contact is visible on the back barrel and there is a sliver missing. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the left and back barrel. Yount’s number “19” is written on the knob in black marker. Yount signed the right barrel in black marker and in our opinion rates an 8. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA and an ALOA from JSA.
