This helmet was worn by actor Andrew Bryniarski portraying Patrick "Madman" Kelly in the 1999 movie “Any Given Sunday” for the Miami Sharks. Inside the helmet is a warning label with a tag reading "MADMAN 69H". The “Sharks” team logo appears on both sides. Across the front bumper reads “SHARKS” and the player number “69” decal is on the back. The helmet shows use throughout the shell and the padding is fully intact.
