Eddie Feigner and “The King and His Court” touring team played over ten thousand softball games from the late 1940s to the beginning of the 21st century and achieved widespread fame similar to that of the Harlem Globetrotters. Feigner recorded 9,743 victories, 930 no-hitters and 238 perfect games. The Washington Post described him as "the greatest softball pitcher who ever lived”. On the front left tail is the Ripon manufacturer’s tag size “44” Across the front reads “The KING and HIS COURT” with surrounding stars. Across the back is the player name “FEIGNER” and below is the player number “7”. All numbering and lettering is done in white tackle twill. Feigner signed the back of the jersey in black marker and in our opinion rates a near 8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
