On the upper right chest is the Roger Crozier memorial patch reading “1” and on the upper left chest is the Captain’s “C” patch. Across the front is the Sabres team logo crest. The player number “16” is on both sleeve and the back and across the back is the player name “LAFONTAINE” on a blue nameplate. LaFontaine signed the back of the jersey with the added inscriptions “16 HOF 03” and a smudged date that appears to read “4/19/11” and in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. The fight strap is intact. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
