Jimmy Thomson won 4 Stanley Cups and was twice named an NHL All-Star during his career. Inside the tail is the McNiece’s Kenny Grant-Johnny manufacturer’s tag. Across the front is a thickly embroidered “NHL 1951” logo crest beneath 5 blue tackle twill stars. On the back is the player number “2” in red on blue tackle twill also beneath 5 blue tackle twill stars. There has been a number replacement with a larger “2” over a previously smaller “2” with the smaller number’s outline still visible. There are team repairs to the front and rear body as well as unrepaired holes throughout. Red color bleeding is present from the front crest showing from the inside to the outside of the front body. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Selby Colson LOA.
