In one of the most decorated NBA careers, the late Hall of Famer Kobe Bryant won five NBA championships, two Finals MVP awards, a regular season MVP and was named All-NBA First Team 11 times. On the front left tail is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “52” with an attached flag tag reading “LENGTH +4”. On the left inseam are two flag tags, one with jersey materials and washing instructions and a Nike “2001-02” tag. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered and on the upper right chest is the 9/11 ribbon patch. Across the front reads “MPLS.”. The player number “8” appears below and on the back and across the back is the player name “BRYANT”. All numbering and lettering is done in yellow tackle twill. A signature is on the front in black marker however JSA was unable to authenticate. Also included are a pair of Adidas size “14” shoes both signed by Bryant in black marker and in our opinion rate a combined 9. The shoes are accompanied by a PSA LOA. A pair of socks and a headband are also included in this lot. The Lakers wore this jersey during the season against the Minnesota Timberwolves and Kobe was not wearing this jersey. However, Bryant was seen on multiple occasions off the court including the Championship Parade wearing this style of jersey. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA for the shoes and a D.C. Sports LOA.
